Killed my Monday workout! Sometimes you just have to remember.. You are in control of your journey. 1. I meal prepped this morning. Broccoli. Sweet potatoes, rice, asparagus, turkey chili, chicken noodle, meatloaf muffins, veggies 2. Healthy breakfast and my shakeology in my belly ❤️❤️ 3. Now working on my to do list and a little cleaning! I choose happiness today. Im home with the kids all week alone and I can either become a stressed out head case or choose to make choices that make me happy.. And change my perspective ❤️ I have a home, I can workout, I can choose healthy choices.. I have amazing friends and family, and a rock star team! ❤️👍 Example of perspective change : DVD didnt work for 45 minutes this morning. Pretty ticked. I could have got my entire workout done. Took a deep breath.. Then realized I could play it on my computer :) no big deal! 45 min more with the kiddos! I got this ❤️ Happy Monday! Lets start the week off fresh!
