Killer all-body exercise! I do this at the gym with the Olympian bar, so 45lbs. I am telling you, there is no exercise that will have your biceps burning quite like this! Not only that, it works your forearms, triceps, gripping muscles, back, glutes, legs, and abs, Obviously it takes a little practice to get the coordination, so try it with a really light barbell first. The flipping and catching movement before the curl makes the bicep curl extremely challenging!!!! Give it a try!!!
