Killing Them Softly by Maine Mall Mystery Shopper: cool! got brand new copies of Andrew Dominiks Killing Them Softly and Franck Khalfouns Maniac for $24.24 at FYE w/the Maine Mall GC i got from The Salvation Army. im not making a comment about any specific corporation. as i said in a previous post. i decided to use the GC in a business where i was familiar with he management and liked them as people. im sure most people who work for corporations wish they could wave a magic wand and make the problem of corporatism run rampant throughout rape culture go away but its not that simple. quite a long walk from The Red Cross to St John Street to The Maine Mall in SoPo. but good exercise. Killing Them Softly is excellent by the way. im sure Maniacs fun to watch stoned even if its not great and it has an audio commentary which is a bonus. (dying to see Toad Road from Artsploitation btw). ive heard that Maniac is inconsistent in its application of POV in its storytelling technique. maybe they address that in the commentary. ill keep you posted. i doubt there is anyplace inside the Maine Mall to get the new Murakami btw. they might have it at Books A Million in the parking lot. thats where Borders used to be. i think ill even make it to Preble Street for dinner (i almost grabbed Dredd instead of Killing Them Softly btw).
