Killings and shootings going on every other day and all we can do is talk gun control. Gun control is but a symptom. The real issue is the state of our mental health, and that just gets ignored! Funding keeps getting cut, people keep suffering from illnesses that are not being properly addressed because the HMOs (government) want to keep tightening their grip on what they are willing to do to address illnesses and mental conditions that cannot be manipulated by moving any amount of money around. As long as the mental health needs of this country continue to get short changed, well just keep enduring the devastation! *steps down soapbox*
