Kim Dye Here is video of the poor baby I rescued last night and took to my vet first thing in the morning if you listen closely you can hear his cries. He is estimated to be around 8 years old he is heartworm positive and has hookworms lab work was sent out to make sure that his kidneys and liver and everything else is functioning correctly. He will be staying at the vets for probably a week or more so that he can be constantly monitored and taken care of. Thank you so much in advance he was found yesterday by my neighbor laying by her shed and unable to get up and run away when she tried to shoo him away. She realized he was in very bad condition and came over to my house for me to go get him. I of course went over and carried him to my home where I started sub q fluids and a few other things and kept him comfortable and alive overnight. He is so sweet it just breaks my heart to see any dog go through this especially a senior. He is now at the vets office and has been hydrated and has got some food in his system so he is starting to feel much much better. He has a long road to recovery but deserves to finally have the life he has always deserved and should have had in the beginning. No donation is too small and is greatly appreciated.
