Kim Sasabone, Denise Post-Van Rijswijk, Robin Pors and Donny Latupeirissa were musical guests on The Time Machine Morning Radio Show back in late 1998 or 1999. They were riding high on the dance charts as the group The Vengaboys. We played a lot of Boom Boom Boom and Up and Down but the song that totally takes me back to the days of Dean, Allan, Rebecca and Ryan making his long distance late night calls to us from the Bay Area on WILD 105.5 FM is the song that Hawaiis Party Station seemed destined to play. I dont know why but the song reminded me of when I used to goof off with a Casio keyboard with my little nieces and nephews. Just hearing the opening few seconds of this song just cracks me up and takes me back to late 90s radio. I often wonder if we drove some of the radio listeners in Hawaii bonkers by playing this tune.
