Kim Silcock and I came up to the hospital earlier today, around 8:15am. Jeff is up at bedside this morning - sporting his Batman hat, and lounge pants. We walked around the nurses station and back, hes using a walker. He enjoyed a great date night with Ann Carbin last night. This morning he has been very alert, and the medical staff is suggesting that we try to have him stay awake for the daytime hours, and that way hell be able to rest better at night. Aubrey Coulter and Ann have been taking turns spending the night at his bedside. We are so thankful for Aubrey in Jeff & Anns life at this time of great need. She has her own conditions that are draining her, but shes been here day after day, with but one goal... doing anything she can to help Jeff (her dad) get through this. What a blessing she is to both Jeff and Ann. We are all so very encouraged by all the prayer support, and well wishes being extended to Jeff, and family. I want to thank Nick Cicali for emailing family and friends that may not use or have access to FaceBook updates that Kim and I have been posting.
