Kim here and excited to tell you we finally have our theme for SPFC 2015! Got to say I was feeling very lost without one so close to our camp dates!!! But we were at a Steve Bell concert last night and he opened with a video and the lyrics moved me, the theme was born, it percolated for a couple of hours and by the end of the concert, the Holy Spirit had totally sealed the deal. Now I know its not original, and yes, its been done before but not for a few years, so hopefully we can have fun with it!!! Christmas in July!!! Hope you are as excited as I am that we will get to celebrate our Saviours birth twice in 2015! So perhaps dont pack away all your decorations so some can come to camp. Wouldnt it be lovely to see coloured lights on cabins in July? Or for those of you so inclined, secret pal trinkets could be secured at this time of year (but remember these are to be notes of encouragement and not items of large sizes however, we will have a Christmas tree in the lodge instead of our secret pal envelopes for anyone who chooses to be a secret Santa not just a secret pal).
