Kim writes: I was diagnosed with RRMS in May of 2012, after a horrible bout of optic nueritis...followed by ER visits, CT scans, MRIS and spinal tap. Ever since Ive progressively gotten worse as far as symptoms even to the point that at 34 I am on permanent disability. All the neuros near me are useless. I see a specialist at UCSF...hes better. But...I still have no clue what is just really bad symptoms...or what is an attack..or exacerbation. Therefore, Ive never went to doc or been hospitalized, or had Any other treatment (like steroids etc) since the optic nueritis. I took copaxone for first year, then was switched too tecfidera. I would love it if I can get feed back about what is considered an attack vs just ongoing progressively worsening symptoms...? I have no clue and no help. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you
