Kimberley: I complain when its necessary and now it is...the SP Call Centre no is either logged off as they dont feel like working OR have forgotten to log back on. But to be NO 1 in the queue for half an hour is a bit ridiculous. I dont just call my contacts unless its really an emergency BUT this will be reported tomorrow. The call Centre was evaluated as one of the best Dept in SP. Since that happened there seems to be a permanent problem. I know the tele system is a problem and they are short staffed but then it needs to be dealt with. It costs a lot of money holding for over half an hour and still one does not get through. Wonder if they will pay my Cellphone bill??
