Joselma Villapando, who worked in a beauty parlor in Kuwait, was found dead outside her apartment last October 15. A cellphone video taken by one of the apartments tenants showed the victim fighting for her life outside the apartment. Villapando died even before she was brought to the hospital. The victims relatives believe someone is responsible for Villapandos death. An official from the Philippine embassy in Kuwait said the result of the investigation into the incident has yet to be released.
