Kind words from a happy buyer :) We are first time home buyers and were impressed by Brennans communication when we first visited him at one of the open houses. He was honest in providing both positive and negative of the house where we first met him. Then, he started to understand our needs and accordingly recommended us, if the house was our best fit or not. His responsiveness amazed us every time. I will still thank him for guiding us in choosing the right house and responding to all our questions however silly it was. He was very flexible; when we showed our interest in looking at 4-5 houses in a day, he scheduled them in no time and was with us from 2 pm to 7 pm during that business day. The report that he prepared after visiting each house had a lot of details. He worked with the lender and escrow closely and kept us informed on the status even before we asked him. He reduced our burden by staying during home inspection on behalf of us. He did as he had promised in the very beginning i.e., being with us in every step we take until we settled down.
