Kindergarten and circle time on the floor ended long ago, and sitting at desks, and in cars and on couches replaced that flexibility we all had. Add on snoozin at the wheel on our posture habits and other fitness strengthening but shortening our muscles and tightening them. Tight hips and hamstrings pull on the spine .. Regardless, everything hurting can be healed again .. Try this on- created a few different ways to open hips!! You will feel better!!! Be kind and go easy!!
