Kindergarten students at G.O. Bailey Primary School have been studying about community helpers in the classroom and they actually got to meet some of the community helpers on October 23, 2014. Students got to meet a teacher, a baker, a doctor, a mail carrier, the military, the farmer, fireman, and EMT. Students were able to see and got in some of the vehicles that these community helpers use. They also got to decorate cookies and listen to a story read a teacher. Students enjoyed interacting with these important people in our community!
