Kindle touch: Press and hold down the Home button & tap the screen, then release the Home button. Kindle Fire HD/HDX: Kindle Fire tablet powered on, simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down button and Power button for at least one second until you see the screen flicker. Release. To access: Plug the kindle into a computer and access the Kindle. Screenshot GIF or PNG will be in a folder and can be copied to your PC.
