Kindly inform mr Ruto, Lenku & Uhuru that 1. Everyone has the Right to a fair hearing. 2. Everyone has inherent dignity and the right to have that dignity respected & protected. 3. Every person has the right to freedom and security of the person which includes the right not to be (a) deprived of freedom arbitrarily or without just cause; (b) detained without trial, except during a state of emergency, in which case the detention is subject to Articke 58; etc 4. An arrested person has the right to be informed promptly, in language they understand, (a)reason for arrest (b) to be relesed on bond or bail on reasanble conditions pending a charge or trial. Please deal with security stop complain and aportioning blames.
