Kindness to All Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. It is easy to reach out and help a friend or someone you know-but much more difficult to reach out to strangers. It pleases God when we are kind to others. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 13:2, "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it." We never know the impact even a small gesture of kindness, can do for someone. It could make all the difference in the world for that person! If the Holy Spirit is impressing you to reach out to a stranger-pray for "Holy Boldness" and go forward knowing God will be with you, and will even give you the words to say! For some, speaking to strangers is natural and not difficult at all. But to those who are shy, it takes courage. And Jesus stands by, ready to give you all the courage you need to reach out to others! Instead of focusing on how it makes you feel, focus on the other person and on how you can help someone else, and how they are feeling. Your act of kindness and hospitality, has the power to change a life for eternity!!
