Kinggabrollz A Martinez (Gabe Martinez) liver and left kidney were transplanted together into a man in his 50s who lives midwest region he reported doing well and is for ever thankful for Gabriel he truly saved his life now he can go on with his wife and two children . Thank you Gabe i love you and im so proud that you made it clear you wanted to help save other peoples lives. I miss you soo soo much knowing that a part of him still remains on earth thru his kidney and liver and 3 beautiful children makes my heart smile thru all this pain ..
