If the entire population is trained up and they fully understand this, the population of the world will be basking in supreme happiness, joy floating in great health and enjoying great prosperity This is because The Paramatma feature of The Almighty Lord, completely dominates every thing in this material world. No Institution is great, no organization is great, no Industrialist is great, all are under the dominance of the Paramatma. If there is no rain, only Paramatma can help, If the mighty ocean rises, it can very easily drown the earth, only Paramatma can help.
