Kitalo nnyo ekya Stella! It was early this morning when my wife told me about Stellas passing. My wife is not so good at making jokes, when i first heard the sad news from her i just gazed at her in disbelief. She repeated herself and went on to tell me of her source. One of Stellas children in London had just informed my sister who is also in London. Immediately my sister tried to reach me and when she failed she reached out to wife. Having briefly lived in Dallas, i had the pleasure of knowing her even better than i thought i did in the last several. There are so many good things that can be said about Stella, i will always particularly remember her for having played a significant role of being one of the Gospel artists who graced my wedding ceremonies, from the Church all the way to the reception. Her music ministry will forever live as ones voice never dies. May the good Lord rest Stellas soul in eternal peace! Joseph Kamugisha
