Kitchen in the Gardens – Cupcake & Dessert Competition! Kitchen in the Gardens is pleased to announce its Cupcake & Dessert competition. To enter the competition is simple, email your cupcake or dessert photo to kitcheninthegardens@gmail and it will be added to the competition album on Kitchen in the Gardens Face Book page then ask your facebook contacts to vote for the best entry. The competition closes on the 15th of September 2013 and is open to everyone. All one has to do is to create and decorate the wildest, most beautiful cupcake possible or the most scrummilicious individual dessert! The cupcake/dessert can be as large or small as you like though the diameter can NOT be larger than 10cm (approx). You will be judged by 2 people from the patisserie world on creativity and the public vote will be taken into account as the third voice. You may submit up to 3 different cupcakes/desserts. On the 15th of September, you will all be asked to bring 2 samples of your cupcakes at a venue yet to be announced to be judged for taste. This competition will allow you to be as riotous with your imagination as you like and promises to be great fun with prizes awarded to those placed 1st and 2nd. Please encourage your friends and relatives to participate and put your culinary skills to the test! Let’s just have fun in the kitchen! Prizes: 1st Prize is a hamper filled with cakes and goody bags mainly sponsored by Kitchen in the Gardens to make up a scrumptious tea party 2nd Prize is a smaller hamper with goody bags and jams mainly sponsored by Kitchen in the Gardens
