Including warmup, it takes about 30min to do and it can be done at home with very little equiptment at home :) Joystick TRX vertical row TRX push up Roll out KB swings Floor wiper pull over Front squat One leg death lift 4 circuits of 20sec high intensity and 20sec rest. After each complete circuit rest for a minut. A fast and cool kiteboarding crossfit program to off start the week :) Its tough, its fun, its great for coordination, balance, power, stability, agility, cardio and core :) In other words; its awsome!! :)
