Kiểu khách nice đến cả cancel cũng nice nữa :">, chỉ rất buồn cười là chữ "the kids" khách viết nháy nháy nghe như kiểu một lực lượng đặc nhiệm tí hon :)) ------- I apologize for not being able to meet our commitment to have a tour as proposed with “the kids” but as I had explained to Ms. Hoa my wife was ill and thus unable to undertake the tour. However, we were extremely surprised that in spite of my having called M.s Hoa and cancelled the tour the “kids” actually showed up at our hotel, ready to conduct the tour. I feel very sorry for the guides that showed up ready to do the tour as apparently Ms. Hoa did not notify them that the tour had been cancelled. Please inform the proposed guides of our apologies. We look forward to our next visit to Hanoi and when we can finally undertake a tour by “the kids”! ------------
