Knee Tucks on the Stability Ball: To begin get on all fours. Palms are down. You will place one foot at a time on the stability ball. Your shins will rest on the ball. Get your balance which your strength will come from your upper body. Once you have good balance, bring your knees into your torso and your hips toward the ceiling.
