Knew there was something I was supposed to write about today, but couldnt remember. Decided to put up a pic of some locally-grown lettuces that we just - aaaawww crap. Now I remember. I forgot the stores anniversary. Ten years weve been doing this now. Thank you. Whether youve been with us since day one, or just started shopping here last week, pat yourself on the back. Ten years is a nice run, and you made it happen. We catch a lot of flak for not promoting and marketing the store more aggressively, and thats probably fair. But its not our style. We wanted you to start shopping here when it suited your needs, not ours. The store is just an interpretation of what youve wanted. Nearly every item we carry is the result of a conversation with a customer. Your criticisms and suggestions are what drives the store. So maybe you shop with us because of a desire to eat locally. Or to support a local business. Or for the prices, the service, or maybe its just convenient. Please remember that the store has selected you as much as youve selected the store. Enjoy your day.
