Knife Modern Steak Personal Review! AMAZING! WOWZA! FABULOUS!!!! Are just a few words that come to mind in describing John Tesars new restaurant! I had the pleasure of dining at Knife last night and EVERYTHING! from the initial greeting as I walked in the door, to the premium kitchen-view seats, to the appetizers, salad and then entree- the 32 Ounce Akaushi Rib Eye (Heartbrand) was THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN FOREVER!!!!! What I love most about the entrees is John designed many of them to share! And then there were the Sides- I had the Avocado Fries, Roasted Okra, Tomato and Bacon, Johnnys Mac & Cheese, and Salsa Verde French Fries! I dont claim or pretend to be a restaurant critic but simply a person who appreciates quality food and service delivered from a man who has an overwhelming PASSION for what he does! Thats where John and I have always seen eye to eye!- PASSION FOR WHAT YOU DO IS ALWAYS REFLECTIVE IN YOUR PRODUCT! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! John and THANK YOU!!!!
