Knockdown power? Fact of Fiction? The next time someone starts trying to tell you which guns or ammo have knockdown power, straighten them out with the facts. Guns do NOT knock their victims down, unless of course theyre off balance or just fall down from the pain and decide to give up. Watch this test that uses a 50lb bag of sand wearing a bullet proof vest. The vest makes sure that none of the different bullets go straight through, therefore imparting all available energy onto the target to see if knockdown power can be achieved.
