Know that there are still billions of souls that are choosing to exist in a consistent stream of fear, judgement, and violence, where they will experience the physical death process during this transition. All Souls are eternal in realizing that physical death is not a pleasant experience, but yet and still an illusion, where the soul will awaken to the heavenly etheric plain for a life review and then reincarnate on another planet of Duality for more cycles of alignment. Ascension is a free will choice that can not be forced on anyone, which requires inner work in being the release of all mental activity through grounding the self in the now moment, embracing more of an intuitive lifestyle. It is Planet Earth that has spent many cycles in the frequencies of Duality, which are in truth what are known as the Hell Plains, where now the increasing light in the dimension is reflective of this upgrade in frequency back into the Heavenly Realms, which has been recorded in your history as the Golden Age.
