He said that a person with need to know clearance had disclosed to him that a wave-like cataclysmic phenomenon (likely a galactic cosmic ray volley) would be impacting our planet beginning somewhere between 2017 and 2020, without having been given the exact date. He said that military leaders had known for many decades that a catastrophe of huge magnitude would occur early in the 21st century and had learned this through ET contact...................."
