Knowing what your movement limitations are and how to correct them is the easy part. DOING them consistently enough to get an adaptation is the hard part. Do you workout 1x/week for 5 minutes and expect results? Why is doing your stretching/mobility/stability work any different? 5 minutes a week or even 5 minutes a day of drills to improve your movement wont provide the stimulus necessary for adaptation, especially when you are sitting in a poor posture, etc for the other 15 hours and 55 minutes of your waking day.
