Konstantinos Parthenis, 1878- 1967, was a Greek painter of Egyptian birth. He studied in Vienna under the German painter Karl Dieffenbach and first exhibited at the Boehms Künstlerhaus in 1899. His first exhibition in Athens was in 1900. From 1909 to 1911 he lived in Paris, where he participated in the Salon d’Automne.
