Korporatsioon Revelia is an Estonian language academic fraternity, founded in 1920. During the Soviet occupation of Estonia, activities continued abroad, but memories lived on in the homeland. With the collapse of the evil empire, arguably one of the most welcomed events of the 20th century, the opportunity returned to re-establish such organizations in Tartu, the academic capital of Estonia, and hometown of Tartu University, the nostalgic alma mater of all educated Estonians. Korp! Revelia was officially re-established on March 31, 1989, and this year, celebrates the 25th anniversary of this historic event. Vivat, crescat et floreat Korp! Revelia in aeternum!
