Kotak Mahindra Bank - the fatigue you make me feel is truly unique. Yesterday your rel manager came in, after seriously hounding me for weeks, and who doesnt understand the difference between minimum balance and avg. balance or tries to scam me and evade my questions about taxation on Recurring deposits and Mutual Funds. Yeah guy, I really trust you with my money. And now the Silk Savings account movie tickets scheme which is a scam. Ive let it go several times because its too small an amount to raise an issue about, but I finally pursued it enough to realise that you can only redeem it if you buy the cheapest tickets. Which btw, the cust service person could not tell me and had to be transferred to a manager, who refused to give me her work email ID, but told me after trying to book tickets for me, that i cant book an Imax movie. On top of which, you sell this promotion in the name of empowering women with Silk savings account only for women. Makes me gag. We live in a capitalist world, but banks and medical services should not be included in the list of corporations robbing us of our money and more importantly our sanity. I am thoroughly disappointed in your services Kotak Mahindra. I was sold on a very different image. I wish I had signed up with Citibank. You really have a lot to learn from them. Especially about customer service.
