Khloe Kardashian had a tough time moving on from Lamar Odom and Kourtney is dealing with tons of stress. Before she confirmed her pregnancy — congrats, Kourtney! — the oldest Kardashian sister poured her heart out. “I feel like I’m literally on the verge of a nervous breakdown,” Kourtney cried to Tejpal, a certified healing coach she called to her home. Kourtney asked the coach to come over because she’s overly stressed with two children, and is having a tough time supporting Scott during the most difficult time of his life. Both of Scott’s parents recently passed away, and much of the premiere episode showed Kourtney’s sisters expressing concern over her lack of emotion.
