Krishna consciousness is contagious. If you associate with someone who has it you will soon find yourself showing symptoms of getting it. And if you do get infected theres no known cure. Once you catch it you become a carrier. In some cases where a person has a severe case of it, he/she could possibly infect an entire town. If the spreading of Krishna consciousness goes unchecked it could easily turn into an epidemic, advance further to a pandemic and before you know it cases of it will be breaking out in every corner of the world.
