Oh there are little successes here and there, but their incoherence and sparse distribution leaves the majority on their own. We need to focus, we need to be united to ensure that we support our community and those who need it. Focus is ever more critical if less funding is available. Petty minded demigods who lay claim to every success deserve to be buried under the weight of their own garbage Real progress for real people, real representation by a real organisation for real people. Pursuit of relevant matters, not matters of a trivial nature. Focus through unity. We can but agree with Kristyana - for too long our community has remained divided, fractured and pretty much incapable of working cooperatively in common cause.- many of its alleged leaders refuse to even speak to one another, let alone positively engage with others to collaborate in effecting positive change - some are well known to regularly engage in smear campaigns specifically contrived to undermine the good work others are doing. We agree with Kristyana that this culture desperately need to change - but how we best achieve this goal remains open to conjecture, so wed love to know your thoughts
