Kudos to Jeff and the Littlecreek Audio One, here is a letter from a customer thanking them for their awesome work! Good morning. I would like to take the opportunity to relay what a great experience I’ve had working with Jeff Swartwood and the installers at the Norfolk, VA, Littler Creek Rd, Audio One. I purchased an remote start and an upgraded radio with back-up camera, satellite etc. From the beginning I experienced problems with the equipment, but each time, Jeff and his staff were able to correct the problem with the least amount of inconvenience to me. The last time I was experiencing an intermittent problem with my window and door lock controller and the staff at Audio One spent a tremendous amount of effort trying to pinpoint the problem. Once it was determined that the Audio One installed equipment was operating correctly, Jeff disconnected everything so I could take it to an auto electric for diagnostics. Luckily the problem corrected itself and after verifying it wasn’t going to be a further issue, Jeff re-installed the system for me. In a time when a dissatisfied person is more likely to send a compliant, I wanted to take the time to commend Jeff and the staff at Audio One for their personal touch on customer service.
