Kudos to bikini client Darlene for pushing through this challenging lower body workout for time: 20 Dumbbell squats 20 Plyo squats 10 Dumbbell step ups each leg 10 Plyo lunges each leg Perform entire circuit as many times as you can in 5 minutes. Rest for 3 minutes. Repeat three times for a total of four rounds. We finished out this workout with four rounds of a tabata circuit that will be sent out in my newsletter.
