Kudos to the Arabs and Israeli peoples of Abu Ghosh who have reframed from the violence of other Israeli cities and are living in harmony with their neighbors. I make this observation and congratulations because the people of this village have been subjected to Hate Crime attacks by Jewish extremist, and the Israeli government has failed to aggressively respond to the security concerns of these folks. This week the Israeli government finally termed these attacks "illegal associations" instead of terrorist attacks. Jewish civilians attacking Arab civilians obviously do not deserved the same recognition as attacks on Jews. However, the lack of Israeli attention has not deterred the people of this village from maintaining their civility toward one another and that is something to recognize by all of us in this Middle East region.
