Kulinarya Turismo, the THRM Cluster culminating activity for the 1st semester of SY 2014-2015, was a huge success. It was held last October 10, 2014 at the St. Francis Sports Center. The activity was a showcase of the different local dishes from selected regions in Philippines. It was over-flowing with bakery products, cakes, and dishes from various provinces/regions in the country. With this, it was also an opportunity for the whole Rogationist community to taste local cuisines which were never tasted yet. The winners were second year HRM students for Best in Authenticity and Best Booth (Regions 7 and 4) and Andrei de Guzman (3rd year HRM) for Best in Costume. Judges were Kristle Ann Totanes, an events coordinator at Josephine Restaurant; Kathleen Gail Flores, reservation supervisor at Taal Vista Hotel; and Lester Videna, a chef at Orchard Golf and Country Club, who were all RC THRM alumni. Congratulations to the winners, and to the whole Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management Cluster students and faculty for a job well done! RC, Making difference to make difference…
