Dr. Manmohan Singh was cripple by Bogus Inventor Sam Pitroda, Kirit Parikh and many kin of old Congress Leaders from Sheila, Chawan, Reddy, Scindia etc. mediocre who had neither Experience Nor Skills to manage their assigned political duties. Sheila Dikshit was biggest tragedy of India – failed to develop water, power, transport, sanitation and public distribution along with Consumer Courts departments. Pitroda in 2005 was charting 20 year program for India to achieve something by 2025 but actually CRIPPLED Patent Office. He was filing Bogus patents which in spite of reporting was not replaced. This International Crook recommended 2G/3G Broadband service in cities like New Delhi which already has Optic Fiber Network laid but unutilized since 2002 when RIL laid Optic Fiber in the middle of roads followed other operators and Optic Fiber for villages which can access 3G/4G Broadband economically within months. Water, Sanitation, Flood Control, Intellectual Property, Food Storage Processing & Marketing by Farmers, Credit to Farmers & Poor were gross failures and Moneylenders, Middlemen of all kinds rule Indian Economy – people have no share in Companies and no Share in Natural Resources. Narendra Modi in 2019 would also say the same thing – Though I had majority in the Parliament but had no choice of to Appoint Best & Brightest to key positions. My government lacked skilled and experience and consisted to Big Leaders but with no Qualification or Experience who Opposed Development all their life could not change their MINDSET in Ruling Position – When Required The Best Brains I had JUNK. It pains me to find over 1000 BCM of goes waste to sea every year, we failed to provide flood protection to our 40 million hectares of most fertile land, and over 70% cultivated area is dependent on Rains which are erratic these days due to Climate Change. In addition my country subsidize 300 BU Power to Agriculture and 500 BU are lost in T&D in addition to Agriculture Supply. When my Gujarat successfully introduced Bt Cotton in 2002 but my government introduced failed and outdated ‘Organic Farming’ which had made food surplus India, food deficit and my Government now import 50 million tones of wheat & rice. Gujarat has just 4 BCM of water storage in Saurashtra, Kutchh, North Gujarat and Central Gujarat at the end of Normal Monsoon– actually conducive for filling of Dams in view of Excessive Rains in second half of monsoon and half of it shall be lost to evaporation. My ministers and state governments failed to implement, like INC governments, policy of Food Storage Processing & Marketing by Farmers. Moneylenders, Middlemen Suck Up 50% to 60% of GDP. When I was to collect Rs.80,00,000 crores as Taxes, my Finance Minister could collect only Rs.30,00,000 crores and my government failed to implement Infrastructure & Social Sector Projects & Programs. My Finance Minister let me down in not recovering $10 Trillion Deposited by Indians in secret Bank Accounts. My Gujarat suffered in my absence. 85% Rural Homes continue to use Wood or Farm Residue to cook food. It pains me to see my Gujarat has just 4% Rural Homes have Flushing Toilet and Underground Piped Sewage System. Inequality in Gujarat has increased manifold – Corporate Wealth of Gujarat has increased to Rs.30,00,000 crores whereas Gujarat GDP is barely Rs.10,00,000 Crores. My government didn’t learn anything from Failure of Manmohan Singh and now suffer exactly like Manmohan Singh. I am already 70 years old – age of retirement from politics prescribed by my party and would wish UPA-III is Professionally Led with all Qualified Ministers to make sure mistakes made by me and Dr. Manmohan Singh are not repeated and learn from Foreign Experiences in Providing High Tech & Green Economy With All The Social Welfare Programs.
