Kylie went to clinic today. She was able to get 50% dose of chemo and will be taking a little less than half a dose of her nightly oral chemo. Her counts are still having a hard time recovering from reinduction 2. The doctor said this is not that uncommon in the weeks following reinduction, she thinks in a month or 6 weeks they should start to be more stable. They arent seeming too concerned, of course we dont like her to miss ANY chemo, but we will let God lead the doctors to do what needs to be done for Kylie. Other than the low counts, she is doing great and thank goodness the steroid is done for another month! It was great to come home to the new hair, which she hasnt removed since the second we put it on. It has changed her whole demeanor. Please say a prayer for LIly, who has received heartbreaking news and her family must be completely devastated.
