LA Sec of States just called and said 54.8 is the number to reach in Aldermans race to avoid a run-off between Woods & Duffey. Some people with the Sec of States office had rounded up to 55. Duffey had 54, Woods had 53. Secretary of State just confirmed that they are considering 54.8 to be 54 giving Duffey the win! Congrats to new Alderman Tony Duffey! What a close race! Municipal Elections are finally over for North Hodge!
