LABOR: 1. Physical or mental exertion, especially when difficult or exhausting; work. 2. A specific task or effort, especially a painful or arduous one. 3. A particular form of work or method of working. manual labor. v. verb 1. To work; toil. labored in the fields. 2. To strive painstakingly. labored over the needlepoint. 3. To proceed with great effort; plod. I never liked the sound of the word LABOR...but realize it is what we do daily...strive...to be better in mind, body and spirit. So TOMORROW I am embracing LABOR and accepting the challenge in a beautiful way. Happy Labor Day, everyone! LABOR ON!
