LABOR DAY Yoga Session....FREE!!! September 2 at 9:00 a.m. at Sunset Park, Festus Join me in the Bird Sanctuary area of the park, located behind the Festus Police Station. Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle. We will practice Sun Salutations and other basic asanas as we celebrate a Monday off work! The session is open to the public, and is offered free of charge. I do ask those who attend to graciously donate to MS in form of cash or check.
