LADIES - at our coaches meeting tonight we shared what brought us to this program and then to coaching. Almost all of our coaches started out in this program as participants. They shared their stories of starting out, thinking OMGOSH what am I doing? OMGOSH I cant do this! If YOU are a past participant in the program, we would LOVE to hear your story here. What brought you to WRWM? What fears/worries/issues did you have to overcome? What would you say to a new runner/walker?
