LADIES RESULTS Congratulations to Christine Lynch who won the Presidents prize to the Ladies with a great score of 38 pts. Deirdre Kelly won the 9 hole comp. with 22 pts. Congrats also to Cathal Patton who won the Gents Presidents prize with a sizzling 40 pts on bot from Frank McBrearty. A great night was had by all on Monday night with dancing till late with Pat McClean. Wed 3rd was a 9 hole comp. 1st Deirdre Kelly 20 pts. 2nd Sharon Maloney 19pts. bot 3rd Brid McMenamin 19 pts 2s Kaye Stewart at the 6th The Beginners Comp. was won by Carol Cunningham. The Halloween Hamper Comp starts on the 13th Sept and the Lady Captains Outing to Cruit Island will take place on Sat. 20th Sept. Entry sheet on the board. The Maire ODonnell team had a good win in the first let of the final against Gweedore on Saturday, securing all 5 matches. The team were Dolores Devanney & Rhonda Russell, Margaret McConnell & Eileen Boyce, Deirdre Dundan & Ann Glancy, Kathleen McGowan & Mary McHugh, Ann Sweeney & Clara McNeill. Team Capt. Eileen Reilly. The 2nd leg of the final will be played in Gweedore on Saturday the 13th. There is one vacancy on the Seniors Outing to Enniscrone on the 3rd and 4th October. See Notice Board.
