LADIESSSSS.......Your goal is to build that tight and toned physique right? Then you NEED to step away from the pump classes, the Zumba antics, the endless steady state cardio and get your hands dirty by lifting weights and squatting under that barbell! I get a lot of people messaging me saying that they want to change there body shape, lose some tummy fat, tone up, get rid of the jiggly arms, grow a butt but dont want to train and asking how to do it through diet and cardio?? Simple honest answer time...YOU CANT. Sorrynotsorry but you can lose fat this way unless you want the skinny fat look and wrecked metabolism then by all means go for gold. But to change your shape, gain lean mass in the right places you need to get lifting! And im not talking weights as light as your purse for sets of 25 reps either... Wether it be once a week to kick off or up to 5 times a week, you will see results and changes in our body, start with small amounts and increase over time as you progress.
