LAHORE: (Dunya News) – The opposition ‘jirga’ (committee) that was set up in order to facilitate the government and the protesters, under the headship of Jamaat Islami (JI) head Sirajul Haq, to start talks with each other is being considered to be disbanded, according to Dunya News sources. The final meeting of the members is underway at Senator Rehman Malik’s residence. Meeting is being attended by Sirajul Haq, Liaquat Baloch, Rehman Malik, J.J. Jamal, Senator Kalsoom Parveen and others.According to the sources, the committee had been set up for starting dialogue process in order to solve the political crisis. Sources told that the dialogue process has started and it is not committee’s responsibility to bring an outcome as well. “It will be revealed on the right time who was serious in talks and who wasn’t”, sources told Dunya News. ‘National Jirga’ has decided to close its activities and contacts.Dunya News Tv
