LAINEYS ARMY HOLIDAY BRUNCH, SUNDAY, 1/4 at the Cherrywood clubhouse. Set up starts at 9 am, brunch and meeting 10-1. Joann Charboneau-- Monkey bread Janet Fuess-- cookies Barb Allen-- Mac and cheese Renee Koenitzer-- Cornbread and biscuits Erena Figler-- Pulled chicken Tricia Dobson-- Sausage bread Nancy Marafioti-- Strata Tammy Alsante -- 1/2 sheet cake Susan Butcher-- Cupcakes Cindy Grago and Justin--?? Sandra Raciti-- ?? Karen Joyce -- Veggie platter Mary & Colby-- Chicken wing dip Looks like the count so far is 20. I checked the clubhouse kitchen and there are plenty of paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils. There is a coffee maker there, but it might be easier if someone brings a couple of Dunkin boxes of Joe. (Less clean up and they supply the sweeteners and creamers). The kitchen has a microwave, full stove and oven and refrigerator for our use if needed. We could use some bottles of water and/or soda and ice, too. If anyone is looking for other food ideas, maybe bagels and cream cheese or a jello mold? Can anybody think of what we might be missing? Anybody else coming? If so, please post here, so people preparing food have a count of how much to prepare. Thanks all!
